Phase 3 Remodeling Process
Phase 3 Plumbing & Water Restoration offers kitchen and bath remodeling, & total home restoration services. We consult with customers on their needs and lead them through a specific five-step process. We do this to understand each customer’s needs, set a plan, stick to the budget, and deliver a fantastic final product that everyone can be proud of. We’re here for you!

1. Planning
We’re committed to helping you plan your kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling project. Before we even get involved, we are consistently posting great ideas and brainstorming content on our Facebook for remodeling trends, tips and tricks, and ways to save money. We do this for you!
Once you have the idea in mind that you want to remodel your kitchen and bathroom, we get involved with planning. This means inspecting your home, your plumbing and electrical needs, the possibilities and limitations that may arise, and providing a concise estimation for cost and time allowance.
2. Budgeting
Getting on the same page with a clear and concise budget with all of our customers is a key step in the process of remodeling. Materials and labor are big factors in any estimate. We also advise for a cushion limit in your budget– with many remodels, getting undiscovered aspects of your home or business up to code is a necessity. While this isn’t always a factor, it’s one less variable to worry about.
We have access to quality suppliers for any material or fixture we decide upon, giving the customer the absolute best price and quick turnaround on delivery, every time.
3. Demolition
When we have the plan laid out– new sinks, countertops, tiling, floors, moving pipes around, new showers, anything– and the budget is approved, we move to the demolition phase. Don’t be scared! Like a phoenix, the death of something old brings new life. We take every precaution to remove each piece of the puzzle without extraneous damage, mess, or headaches.
We even provide pack out services to store the things you want to keep in a safe and secure location. We provide extensive documentation on each piece, assuring you that nothing gets missplaced or damaged.
4. Construction
We’re almost there! Out with the old, and in with the new. The construction stage of any remodel is when we build everything back into place. New walls, new surfaces, new appliances and fixtures. We make sure the piping is good behind the walls, make the new walls, cover the new walls in our planned paint or wallpaper, add flourishes, and that’s just the beginning!
The construction step of the process is the most dramatic, and everything leads up to it. All of the planning, budgeting, and correct removal of everything before anything new goes is all essential to a successful remodel.
5. Cleanup
We’re not done! Once you have your new kitchen or bathroom, the job isn’t quite over. We go back in on top of everything and do a robust cleaning that’s not just surface-level. We apply correct wood stains, touch up paint, dust everything (of course!), and with new Covid precautions and regulations, we disinfect all surfaces before turning anything back over to you.
The first time you see your remodeling project will set the stage for the next chapter of your life. We want it to be a rousing success and create a good first impression. That’s not possible if there’s wood chips, equipment, spare details, or anything left out of the equation.
